The location of the hotel was convenient for our visit to various attractions. We enjoyed the peaceful and serene atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff members, particularly Josh and Jaspal, were extremely polite and helpful, going out of their way to assist us in selecting a quiet room and catering to our dietary needs. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of vegetarian and fish options. we had a great stay with good company, thanks to the excellent service provided by the staff.
There were some noise disruptions during breakfast due to a loud and boisterous wedding party. The staff should have monitored and requested them to consider the comfort of other guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in beautiful sprawling gardens which the children could explore freely in a nice area in the forest was absolutely perfect. The service was top-notch, from the friendly receptionist who was first rate to the staff who could not have been more friendly and willing in giving service. The room amenities were great, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. We also enjoyed the outdoor garden furniture and the welcome drink upon arrival. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were cozy and inviting, and the food was delicious with special diet menus available. The hotel also had excellent leisure facilities such as a sun terrace and garden area, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The on-site car park was very convenient, and the 24-hour reception made check-in and check-out a breeze. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with friendly service and beautiful surroundings.
